Protect Sea Turtle Hatchlings - New Ordinance Adopted
The City of Miami Beach has adopted a new Sea Turtle Nesting Protection Ordinance to minimize the impact of artificial lighting on hatchlings and nesting sea turtles. This ordinance is in effect through October 31, coinciding with the ongoing sea turtle nesting season.
